01. Co-creation workshop

Worked with senior stakeholders from Porter, Digital Editorial,Marketing, Advertising and Tech to capture requirements, ideas and concepts. Google crazy 8 for sketching, empathy mapping, service blueprint were some of the methods used.

02. TASK ANALYSIS

How does a customer transition from browsing editorial to purchasing? Does the current journey match the user's mental model?

03. Prototyping

Prototype the editorial section and navigation for iOS and android as per the sketching workshops.

04. study design & set up

Produced a test plan based on the key journeys as defined by analytics and previous research. Established measures of success.

05. eip customer interviews

Conducted 30 1-hour interviews with EIP customers

06. iterate on design

Based on our findings we went back and iterated on our designs.
